Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
  • Customers can cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the booked service amount.

Refund Policy:
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Services that have been completed are not eligible for refunds unless there is proof of unsatisfactory service.

Service Issues:
  • Any issues with our services must be reported within 24 hours of completion for investigation.

  • Refund or re-service is offered if Safaiwallah determines service standards were not met.
